Guest Speaker: Peter Jackson, Author and Nutritional therapist
We all know of someone who has survived Cancer but know of no one who has survived Alzheimer’s
Is it really that inevitable that a growing percentage of us will suffer with this disease which is described as progressive?
There is evidence that Alzheimer’s could be prevented in 3 out of 5 cases yet the research continues to be looking for that silver bullet which we all know will never be found. In fact, billions have already been wasted in try to find this elusive ‘cure’ for Alzheimer’s.
The good news is that there is growing evidence that you can protect yourself from Alzheimer’s – you just need to put some work in.
So, the talk will revolve around looking at the causes of Alzheimer’s and just what we can do to prevent it from happening in the first place. Peter will also touch on Parkinson’s – another brain degenerative disease.
Venue: the Oliver Bird Hall, Church Hill Road, Solihull, B91 3RQ
Time: Doors open 7 pm. Refreshments served until talk commences at 7.45 pm.
